Goldhouse Development was created in 2016 by Reuben Reingold who recognised the need for a niche property development company. His vision is to contribute to the long-term trends of urbanisation, densification, and regeneration occurring in the rapidly changing South African urban landscape, partnering with industry-leading professionals and contractors to deliver quality, well-designed, and environmentally sustainable buildings.
